Product
1. Are all these products made from corrugated cardboard?

Yes. De Carton cardboard furniture is made from corrugated cardboard.

2. Is the cardboard furniture difficult to assembly?

No. De Carton cardboard furniture all rely on a clever system of folds to take shape. Each cardboard product come with simple, printed assembly instruction guide with step by step. We also have installation video for each product.

3. How solid of cardboard furniture?

Cardboard furniture is incredible stronger than what you think. We select high quality of corrugated cardboard to made for our cardboard furniture.  Some our cardboard product has their own resistance which tested by De Carton, so just ensure you follow our instruction to assemble our cardboard furniture correctly.

4. Can I design my cardboard furniture?

Yes. You can design your carboard furniture with crayon, marker, paint or pasting with paper, photos & etc.

5. Is cardboard furniture recyclable?

Yes. All our carboard product is totally recyclable.

6. Should I need to prepare tool before start assemble?

No. De Carton cardboard furniture can assemble without tool.  

7. How to dispose the cardboard furniture?

If you really want to dispose the cardboard furniture, you can disassemble the cardboard furniture and recycle it.

8. How to clean the cardboard furniture?

You can use dry cloth to remove dust (if any) from surface of the cardboard furniture.

9. What if I spill some water on it accidentally?

We recommend you use dry or absorbent cloth to dry the surface very quickly. However, cardboard products are not recommended for continuous contact with water or use it outdoor.

10. Can I request for customize cardboard furniture?

Yes. You can contact our De Carton team by email or message us for more details.


Order 

1. How do I buy online?

Choose product -> add to shopping cart->fill up shipping information ->choose payment method-> payment successful-> complete order & wait for delivery.

2. How to know my order successfully placed?
An email notification will be sent to your email registered. You can check your mailbox to check your order details.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after I placed order successfully?
No. You can’t. Your order is non-refundable and unchangeable once your order is confirmed.

4. How to check my order status?

You can check your order status under “My Account”. Your order status will be updated if the parcel has been shipped.

5. I have signed up account to De Carton but cannot login with my password. Why?
One of the possible problems is that your account is not verified. An email with verification link had been sent to your registered email address for verification, please click on the verification link to activate your account. Alternatively, kindly contact us at general@decarton.asia for technical assistance.

6. I have a user account with De Carton but forgot my password, what should I do?

It is easy, go to My Account page and click on the Forgot Password link. You will be prompted with a window and please enter your email address (it must be the same email address your registered with De Carton). The password will be sent automatically to the registered email address.

7. I have a user account with De Carton, how do I change my personal info and shipping address?
Go to My Account page, login and you can modify your account details there.


8. Can I buy from De Carton without creating an account?

Unfortunately, no. However, once you have created an account with us, it will be easier for you to shop with us next time. Just use your email address registered and password to login and shop with us next time. All your personal and address information will be automatically retrieved from your account.



Payment

1. How do I pay?

Fill up all the shipping details & select the payment method which convenience to you.

2. What kind of payment option do offer?

We offer a variety of payment option as below:

Kindly upload your payment slip or email the scanned copy of payment slip to us and indicate the order references no at general@decarton.asia.

Please note that order will only be processed after the cheque is cleared or cash is deposited.

 

3. How secure when shopping with De Carton?
We want your online shopping to be worry-free, so we use SSL (Secure Socket Layers)*, the industry standard encryption standard for online purchase. All of your personal information, including your credit card number, is encrypted by SSL while you are placing the order.

SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone. To check the security of your connection, look at the URL address bar of your browser window when you begin to checkout. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https".

We endeavor to make every transaction you make at De Carton website is 100% safe. This means that you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at De Carton.

4. What shall I do if my account or payment found to be in error?

Please call up or email to our De Carton customer services team to request for further assistance.


Delivery

1. How much for the shipping charges?

Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to completion of your order. Please note that shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimension and area.


2. How long does it take to deliver my product?

For delivery within West Malaysia, your order normally will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 business days. For delivery within East Malaysia, may take longer time. It depends the courier services. You can check delivery status with tracking number given.  


3. What should I do if I do not receive the parcel over the estimate delivery time frame given?

Please do not hesitate to contact us by email or message us on messenger or chat box on website.


4. What should I do if my parcel damaged or opened when receiving?

If the parcel damaged when receive, you can refuse to receive the parcel or take picture of the parcel for inspection and inform our De Carton Team.


5. Can I return the item?

There are no return available after the parcel content has been opened by customer. If there are any missing part or item, kindly contact our customer services team immediately. Please refer to the return & refund Policy for more information on this.
